一、浸泡水分平衡機(jī)概述：

該設(shè)備是臥式結(jié)構(gòu)，用于竹、木秸稈制漿系統(tǒng)的助劑吸收和浸泡、水分平衡過(guò)程。竹片、木片、棉稈等原料的浸泡、輔助藥液吸收。用該設(shè)備處理后的原料吸藥均勻，浸泡時(shí)間可調(diào)節(jié)。浸泡后的原料由螺旋撈料提升，自然脫水出料。原料直接送去蒸煮或者堆放發(fā)酵。

一、Overview of soaking moisture balancer：

The equipment is of horizontal structure, which is used in the process of additive absorption, soaking and water balance of bamboo and wood straw pulping system。Soaking bamboo chips, wood chips, cotton stalks and other raw materials, assisting the absorption of liquid medicine. The raw materials treated by this equipment absorb medicine evenly and the soaking time can be adjusted. Soaked raw materials are lifted by spiral fishing, and naturally dehydrated and discharged。Raw materials are directly sent to be cooked or piled for fermentation。

二、工作原理：

該設(shè)備有兩個(gè)作用，一是洗滌除泥沙，二是讓物料充分浸泡吸收水分或者藥液。原料從進(jìn)料口端落入水中，做潛水漂浮動(dòng)作，液面有按壓撥料輥，防止原料上浮，輔助按壓潛水浸泡。吸收好助劑的原料，由螺旋提升撈出水面，自然控水后送入下一環(huán)節(jié)。

二、principle of operation：

The equipment has two functions, one is to wash and remove sediment, and the other is to fully soak the materials to absorb water or liquid medicine。Raw materials fall into the water from the inlet end and do diving and floating action. The liquid surface is provided with a pressing and shifting roller to prevent the raw materials from floating and assist in pressing and diving for soaking. The raw materials that have absorbed the additives are taken out of the water surface by spiral lifting, and then are sent to the next link after natural water control
